Weight lose karne ke liye Mukhtalif exercise karein take passena zada aye.Upper pehan kar running karein jitna zada sweat produce hoga utna zada fats burn honge.So chin ups,pull ups,rope jumping waghera karein.
Diet imp. hai agar 7 din mila hain to rotti chor dein brown bread use karein..
Oil ka use bhi chor dein..Meat,fish,milk shake, fish,Fast food or cheeni sirf 7 din mat use karein,cold drinks bhi use karne ke zarorat nahi..
Diet mein..
cucumber zada khaein,Green vegetables use karein..
Lemmonade juice(Shikanjabeen) use karein zada se zada..
Green tea use karein..
